1. What formats do you have?

Each design available in next formats: ART, PES, EXP, DST, HUS, JEF, XXX, VIP

2. The description of the design says there are 7 sizes, but I see only 5

Pay attention that the maximum hoop size for JEF format is 140x200 mm (5.5x7.8"). So the bigger sizes are not available for JEF format. There is just not any opportunities to save or use that sizes of JEF format.

You you have same problem for different formats, please contact me, and I will send you files to email.

 

3. I don't understand metric sizes

The names of files you are downloading have an information of size the design. I use millimeters for description the size. If you want to know the sizes in inches you just need to use next formula:

m/25.4=inches

For example if the size 99 mm it is going to be:

99mm/25.4=3.9 inches

6. How can I download the files?

All the designs in the shop are available for INSTANT DOWNLOAD. Once you purchase the design, you can download the files from the final thank you page. You'll also get the download link to your email. The link will work for a month but if you need to download the files beyond this, feel free to contact me and I will send you the file to your email again.
